WEEKLY REFLECTION

As a part of the B.Ed curriculum, our 4th semester teaching practice started on 18/11/2019 at St. Johns' HS, Eravipuram.There were twelve of us from our college in which four of us were from English optional.We had completed one week of teaching practice. I had got the class 8 C. I had completed my five lesson plans in this week. First day I started with the titular picture of the Unit-4, FLOWERS AND SHOWERS. Next day I took the poem, Song of the Flower by Khalil Gibran. In the poem, a flower speak about itself and how it can become part of nature.
I got a different class for my fourth semester teaching practice from the last teaching practice. So the students in 8 C were new to me. So I had taken a first few days in order to acquaint with each other. This week I had got the opportunity to observe some of my friends' teaching practice. It helped me to watch their teaching methods and techniques and also their way of class management.
